Why I’m torn on this

The breakfast offered a delightful variety , and the location was perfect for our plans. The beds were incredibly comfortable , making it hard to leave in the mornings!

The parking situation was quite troublesome since spaces were limited for larger vehicles. I also found the luggage carts insufficient during checkout, which made things a bit hectic.

I had a nice stay recently. The area is good for shopping and I enjoyed the breakfast bar. My housekeeper kept my room clean and well stocked throughout my visit. It is a safe place to stay, which is important to me as I’m away from home. Getting to the hotel was a bit tricky at first, but that didn’t take away from the experience.

Finding the entrance was confusing and the check-in process took longer than expected.

Clean rooms and comfy beds made for decent stays. Lots of nearby dining and shopping options—convenient! Overall, I felt welcomed and relaxed during my time here.

During my recent stay, I was thrilled to find numerous parks like Hidden Lake Forest Preserve just over 2 km away and several delicious restaurants, including a popular Outback Steakhouse less than a 5-minute walk from my hotel, making it perfect for leisurely strolls and meals after a long day of exploring. the room was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Best Western Chicago, Downers Grove, particularly the well-maintained, spacious common areas. The staff were incredibly accommodating, providing thoughtful assistance whenever needed, which made navigating the hotel a breeze for a senior like me.

More seating in the breakfast area would be helpful.

Great venue for family events

The rooms were clean and comfortable, really great for us just needing a good place to crash. I mean, the breakfast was passable, but it did the job, kept everyone fueled for the day.

It wasn't cheap, but acceptable for what we needed.
